Matt Comerford has been practicing Krav Maga for over 6 years. He has more than 10 years of participation in physical training and fitness. Matt is an Israeli trained instructor, he passed his exam under instruction from some of the highest ranked experts.
Also, he is a Certified Level 1 Training for Warriors Instructor and received his certification from creator and founder Martin Rooney. This system is used to train elite athletes from a variety of sports including Mixed Martial Arts (UFC).
June 2012: Tested and graded succesfully to the next level
Matt with IKMF Head Instructor Avi Moyal after he passed the Reax Instructor Course in Israel.
May 2013: Successfully passed the IKMF Reax instructor course to become one of the worlds first IKMF Reax instructors.

May 2013: Matt travelled to Israel, there, he tested and succesfully graded to the next level.
September 2013: Matt succesfuly passed the Training for Warriors level 1 Certification Course with Martin Rooney, creator and founder of the Training for Warriors system.
This system develops strength and conditioning and has been used to train elite athletes in a variety of sports, including the NFL and Mixed Martial Arts (UFC).
